I have finished the game and then I have played it again with commantaries.

- Why does Anna confuse her father and her uncle? Being beaten by your father/uncle and to see how one kills the other is traumatic, but I do not know how this leads to not knowing who is who.

- Ed gets the resonance devices from the vault after killing Anna. While Bennet and Ray discuss what to do next, he gives them to Amul and Reno. Afterwards he suddenly finds out they are evil and he tries to blow up the hospital with a device he kept for himself. I have the feeling it takes only a few hours in the game world from Annas death to Bennet and Ray confronting Ed at the hospital. So Amul and Reno place those items all over the world within only a few hours. Does that make sense?

- Ed wants to use resonance to make the world a better place. Amul and Reno tell him that he can save the world if he kills his boss and uses his (the doctors) daughter as tool to steal items that can cause big explosions. Is Ed really so insane. In my real life, maybe the guy who told me to kill my boss is not as nice as I think ;-)

1. Anna didn't confuse her father and uncle. She believed in her whole life that the husband of her mother was her father. Only her mother, Dante and Javier (her real father) knew the truth. The dying Javier apparently forgot that Anna doesn't know the truth, that's why he referred in his final words to Dante as Anna's uncle.

3. Ed is an idealist and obsessed with the idea of helping mankind with Resonance. Listen to his speech when he's raving about all the good that could come from this research (unlimited clean energy, ftl travel etc.). When Javier informs him that he wants to destroy all data, he panicks and decides that it wroths killing Javier for saving the research.

I cannot answer anything to the second question, however... My thoughts exactly: I can't imagine how could they set up these attacks in the short time limit.
1. I think it was Dr. Morales' way of telling Anna that he was his father, by saying that Dante was her uncle.

2. Maybe the "research" contained within the vault was not just resonance devices, but data on how to make them work. They could have prepared the attacks and only need to activate them. Even then, if they had to transport the devices to the other part of the world, it could be done in less than one day.

3. Ed had a very misguided love for science. This is also not mutually exclusive with having a weak moral compass.
