So I'm trying to mess with the loose wires, and then click on the top pin and drag it down, it works, and then I let go to try the power to see if that works. Then after I turn the power back on, I can no longer do anything with the lose wires. I try to drag to the top pin and get nowhere, it just will not bring any wire up there.

Figured out my problem. I was trying to click drag instead of just clicking on the loose wires and then on a pin.
