When?
Your guess is as good as ours.

DiabolicusX: When?
Here is my bet... September...
And RE 3 in october...
My hope is... late July for RE2, and Late August for RE3. ;)
I'm thinking sometime in August for 2 and around halloween for 3

GOG an't gonna say it, ya gotta wait!
I don't know why is taking so long, but at this point I guess it's just for commercial purposes.

I think they will release RE2 in october (Halloween) and RE3 in december (Christmas), or august (RE2) and ocbober (RE3).

If it's for commercial purposes than they wouldn't let you buy all three games in a package for 5 bucks less. I'm sure Resident Evil 2 will come out sometime in August.

On the bundle page it says all three games will be released in 2024. Either do proper research, or don't pull out informations from your imagination.

In a recent interview, they said that they are looking to bring more Capcom classics to GOG, and to look forward to the site's anniversary. I dunno when that would be.

According to Google, Gog launched October 1st 2008 (As Good Old Games. The name change happened March 27th 2012) If they're saying an announcement will happen in the sites anniversary then it should be happening sometime in October if google is to be believed..

September 28 for Resident Evil 3 would be cool! :)

They should put that on their Wikipedia page, because I've gotten February and August dates, as well.

Ooh, I'd love if we got Veronica as well.
What's been teased for GOG's 16th anniversary in September might be something different they have been working on alongside the RE PC port re-releases.
Both RE 2 & 3 (or just 2, and 3 just in time for the end of Shocktober) might be released then too, but they're not going to be the main attraction. Which, again, is likely something completely unexpected, like Diablo 2 + LoD, Nocturne, Dark Earth, No One Lives Forever 1+2, Oni, MechCommander 1+2, the Dune games, Discworld, etc.
Something that, over the years has amassed a shitload of votes on the community wishlist:
