Hi, i got this problem the second time i save my game, when you use ribbon you got two options, the first option save the game and update the name of the save file and the second option only save the game and doesn't change the name of the save file. Try the first option and see if this solve the issue for you.

Got it. A feature, not a bug.

After 25 years of Resident Evil I can't even see the difference between a bug and a feature. Sad thing is, I'm a developer myself.

I'd call it an awkward design, more than a feature. Makes very little sense.
