First, the game works fantastic and looks beautiful.

I'm playing on the Steam deck, Steam OS, neither Lutris or Heroic let me play the game with controller like I could in Resident Evil 1 or 2(I've a PS4 controller).

Any idea?

My work around for the lack of gamepad support is by remapping my gamepad to match the default keyboard controls. I use AntiMicroX to create a custom profile, remapping the gamepad buttons to simulate keyboard key presses.

It kinda sucks that I have to open AntiMicroX for it but then again it isn't the only games where I do that.

Thanks! it's not the ultimate solution but it's a solution which works. I had that program installed but I did not test it that much.
