Is there a way to mod Resident Evil 1 + so that Gog Galaxy still recognizes it correctly?

I currently have Resident Evil + Classic REbirth installed. But when I try to start it via Gog Galaxy it crashes. Only if I start the game directly via the.exe does everything work.

Can you get Gog Galaxy + RE modded to run both at the same time?
