I needed to edit this post because I discovered that the Umb stuff is released after getting the book which teaches how to make the V-Jolt formula.

In my mind, I thought even without getting the book, I could make the V-jolt.


[i]After entering the V-jolt room in RE1 (gog version) and after collecting all the empty bottles, I discovered that the Umb material was deleted, it is not possible to make the V-JOLT formula!

Has anyone faced this problem?

Okay, Let me rephrase this okay to understand it better:
You can only make vjolt after you found the white book that includes the formular for it. CHECK!
You went into the room without having the Formular from the White Book and could collect the bottles? CHECK!
You could not interact with the V-jolt ingreedience on the shelfs before getting the white book? CHECK!
You then got the white book and still could not interact with the v-jolt ingreedience on the shelfs????? CHECK??

Where is the White Book? i only found the red book.

You need to get the Dormitory key from the basement to unlock the Dormitory Room in the Hall with the Bees. White Book is on a shelf, you pick it up and read it. It has the formular for the v-jolt.

Ohh, I thought you found a weird bug that won't let you mix v-jolt after you read the white book. Maybe a language barrier made me misunderstand.

I had the exact same issue with Jill. I accessed the room immediately and was unable to make VJolt. I came back to the room several times after seeing the roots in the basement and reading all the reports, and still could not make Vjolt.
