Some of the tracks later in the game are extremely compressed, and it's really jarring. I've only encountered one as of a single playthrough during the A scenario, that being the fight with G's 3rd form (The Third Malformation of "G"). Hope this can be addressed by a patch at some point, official or fan, without having to convert the entire game to Sourcenext or whatever.

In general, the sound is very bad in this. The voice lines are completely terrible.

Luckily, this high quality sound mod works just fine with the GOG game. I'm linking to the Classic Rebirth site, because otherwise it's just a download link without giving you any info. When you are moving the files, only move the three folders on top, all the other stuff is related to Rebirth.
