Is it just the barebones PC version with the minimi/MAC-10 unlocks? Is it a port of the PS1 version? Dualshock mode? Dualshock music? Arrange mode? Ticks? What are we working with here? What's it got?

From the EXE it reads

File Version 1.0.0.0

This looks like a European release with DIXI for xinput and a DirectX wrapper with GOG branding on it. I don't know what specific version that correlates to but it certainly isn't the mediakite japanese release.
