Is anyone else experiencing the unusual problem of the character's head disappearing on the "You died" screen? Usually this only happens when decapitated by a Hunter, not from anything else.

I noticed this as well but didn't think much of it. I just assumed since the PC version is the most uncensored they just made it like this to make it even more extreme, like, even the weakest zombie just bites your head off every time. We know from Kenneth that zombies are capable of this.
