Hey guys, now that the hotfix has been rolled out, I downloaded GOG Galaxy and the game. The "acceleration" bug has been fixed, however, another bug appeared, at least for me, let me describe it

On the character selection screen, the characters keep switching over and over infinitely, as if I was holding the "right" button.

I have no controller plugged in, I play with my keyboard, this bug is present in both english and japanese versions. There's no issue with my keyboard, this only happens on the character selection screen. In the actual game it's all working fine as it should be.

Solved! I think I can't mark my own post as a solution.

It was a bug with the cloud save. I solved it doing the follow

1. Disable Cloud Saves.
2. Uninstall the game.
3. Remove all configuration from the registry at "Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\CAPCOM"
4. Reinstall the game.
5. Reconfigure it.
6. Quit the game and enable Cloud Saves again.

It's working properly now!
