It seems there are basically 17 overpowered "cheat" acessories, all sold separately and also sold in two bundles, a bundle of 9 called the "NEXT PACK" and a bundle of the other eight called "Season Pass". And there's another bundle that bundles the "NEXT PACK" 9 with the base game, called the "EXTRA PACK".
And then separately there's a spin-off story DLC and a soundtrack DLC.
At least that's the impression I've gotten so far, from reading this.
