I can't speak on Her Majesty or the GoT version that was just released, but having played a bit of the first game - it's possible to get "good" outcomes. If there's a traditional "win" setup, I definitely never reached it though. The general vibe of the game is to (potentially) learn through repeated failures with not much centralized focus placed on the satisfaction to be had from a win.
