Are there any sort of continuity issues with "Suckin' Grits" and "Rides Again"? Do I just play either one in any order, as long as they're after the original content?

Not that it really matters in these sorts of games as they are light on story but rides again takes place right after the first game. Sucking Grits on route 66 just seems to be a random adventure. Its got some of the best levels of the 3 games so if your going to play them all I'd play rides again first and save route 66 for last(best for last).

So Route 66 is kind of like the "Master Levels" and "D-Zone" discs for Doom or something?

Its not as random as those. Where Rides again puts you right where you left off after the first game, route 66 seems like a stand alone self contained adventure. It all takes place on route 66 stopping off at the attractions on the way to kill things.
