Wondering if there was a way to use the scroll wheel on a mouse in redneck rampage/any other build game/any other dosbox game. This would be very convenient in order to scroll through out the weapons while playing.

You might want to search or ask here.
I have a feeling you'll have to remap the scrollwheel in Windows though, either through drivers or a third party program...
