Which files should go into the erampage folder for route 66 to work? which files are the actual resources for it?

Check the eRampage readme. I think it has directories when you unpack it in the main directory. When you start eRamage you can select which game/maps you want to run.

How do I get the CD music to play in eRampage?

I play the music using Windows Media Player in the background.

eRampage is still incomplete, as far as I know.
