After many years the installer just got updated (2.0.0.11 to 2.1.0.12_(72708)). And some dozen mbs difference (more).

No clue, as to what the changes are (other than the name? It was priorly only named "Redneck Rampage", I think?)
They updated the offline installer so that the installed game folder matches the one you would have when installing the game through GOG Galaxy. The game folder would have a different structure when using the old offline installer files. Also the version number was different."
