As with a lot of Dos Box games, Redneck seems to suffer the same when it comes to the mouse configuration. I went into program setting and fixed the WASD movement and changed the mouse setting to where I can look left and right without moving forward, but I can't seem to find how to look up and down. Directions?

Try setting "mouselook 1" in the cfg file. Make sure your controller selection is correct - if you use only Kboard and mouse the movement may be set to a controller stick or joystick.

The "U" key (in game) toggles mouse aim
