I have a previous post about the same joystick issues but thought I would try again since I am on a new PC.

My joystick issue is that no matter what I try, or the joystick I try, I end up severely pulling to the left. I have tried calibrating the joystick in windows (everything looks OK) but when I try in RR it end up messed up. Some notes:

- when I played the game back in the 90s I used a joystick & keyboard - never had any problems.
- I play other games with the joysticks with no problem
- tried both win7 and win10 - same problems
- tried on two different PCs - same
- tried two different joysticks - a extreme 3D pro and a MS sidewinder force feedback - same issues
- tried an old gravis PC joystick from the 90s (with a gameport adapter) - same problems.

Here's something strange - when I first got RR off GOG years ago - it worked flawlessly. For some reason I think it was dosbox 7.2? Is there any way to get a download from back then?

I have a win98se virtualbox set up - is there any way to play gog's version of RR on win98se? I haven't seen the original RR CDs in years.

If anyone can give me guidance on how to make a joystick work with RR (or how you got your joystick to work) - it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Rob
