I want to set up a coop game but I'm not good with computers =s
Do I really need my socket # in hexcimal?
What do I give my friend for com port and phone number?

It lets me start a network game but there's no option to let me join one
And what port do I need open?

BananaJane, an easier option would be to use a program such as , [url=https://www.vpn.net/]Hamachi or Tunngle to play older games online. Mind you, your friend needs to be using the same program, but everything is very streamlined and easy, no need to worry about what ports to open, what ports to close, etc.

Are any of those trustable?
Tungle asked me to create a windows restore point when I tried installing it

I think all of them are trustable. Sadly, I tried playing Redneck Rampage via Gameranger and the program doesn't recognize the game. I didn't try Tunngle, and Hamachi probably works but it's a but too much hassle for me.
