Cannot get save to work. Tried F1, F2 ect. No joy. But, to be able to just play RR again is

Does the manual save work? As in pressing Escape to pause the game and bring up the menu options, and then use the save game option and selecting a slot and save name.

Try lauching the game as Administrator. It solved the problem for me on Win 7.

Run It as Administrator, this should work.
