Does the cuss pack work in all the games?
I see that I have to copy the files to the Redneck Rampage directory. Do I have to copy all the files to the other game directories to make them work in those games also?

I also wonder this.

I'm using a Mac. I read the readme.txt but i don't really understand what to do. Where do I put the files?

Indeed, I am also on as Mac and can't understand where to put the cuss pack. Surely someone at GOG knows how this works?

All I did was drag all the files from the Cuss Pack into the Redneck Rampage folder. I noticed the Cuss Pack worked for the first game and Route 66. Haven't played the third one yet, so I don't know if the Cuss Pack will work for that, but it worked for the first two.

To answer the question where the cuss pack goes. Extract the files in the folder into the main directory for Redneck Rampage. And you can extract the files into Rides Again. What i have noticed is that it changes the dialogue for some of the enemies. There is a full cuss pack for Rides Again but it is very hard to find.

Cuss pack works for both, Redneck Rampage and Rides Again. All you need is to extract these files to game folder (RR or RA) and change in setup RTS file from REDNECK.RTS to CUSSPACK.RTS.

There is no new Cuss Pack for Rides Again as developers wanted sequel in different way. Only enemies from old RR have cussing. Groovy Old Coot will still have his new talk but less frequent (Cuss Pack ones have priority). Notice that few Leonard oneliners from Cuss Pack are by default in Rides Again even without Cuss Pack install.
