So I recently got Redneck Rampage and I'm having. a little trouble launching the erampage source port. It just won't launch at all. Usually it'll just crash when I load my legit .grp file and never launch at all. I made sure the file was where the exe was located and even put it in the RAMPAGE folder, which I also tried loading up when I launch the game. What can I do to fix this?

If you get it to run for a while, consider yourself lucky. It doesn't emulate the game propertly anyways, many sector effectors don't work (such as the gas station blowing up).

ERampage is a EDuke32 Mod, and will not work the same as the original Redneck Rampage. We tried to capture the feel and play experience as close as possible in the Duke 3D environment. ERampage was made to run on the retail versions of Redneck Rampage,and may not run on other versions, including the GOG version of Redneck Rampage.

The previous release works fine with the gog release. So if you are having problems just don't load the old version linked from the site.

For what ever reason the updated version just crashes when ever the first shot is fired either by the player or one of the bad guys.
