I want to be able to change the controls but Ia m unable to to open up the setup.exe file needed to do so. I try to open it it and it just says this app is can't run on your PC. What do I do? Is there any other way to change to controls?

Open the "REDNECK.cfg" in the games main folder and edit everything like you want it to be under [KeyDefinitions].
