been trying to get into an online match for Red Faction Remastered (or Re-Mars-Tered) and I cannot find any matches in any game mode. was wondering if this is a current issue, seperate servers between GOG and Steam versions and everyone's on the steam version, or something else.

anyone have answers to this perdicament?

There are problems with connectivity and else that we are aware of. A larger scale update to the multiplayer library we use is under way but will take a few days before we can release an update to the game.

Does this apply to LAN as well? I tried to play LAN between two computers just last night but it kept giving me errors.

LAN *has* some problems but they are unrelated. Someone is actively working on that.
The larger scale update might roll in end of the week but that needs a lot of testing. There will be crossplay with steam owners, hopefully in that update.

What were/are the LAN problems? Were they ever resolved? I can't seem to connect to a LAN game with the latest version available to download here on GOG. The players all show up in the lobby (for lack of a better term) but as soon as the game is launched it says the session timed out and disconnects everyone. It does this every time no matter the game type.

Yes please, still waiting for a reply from the dev team about LAN play. I hope it's not too much to fix. Players are in the lobby so that part is working fine at least. Thanks guys.
