My RB3D server and metaserver are now up and running again.

Pilots, please add this to your mplayer.ini file:

[MetaServers]
Server=TCP:217.72.51.103:6001 ; Swordfish

Server operators, please add this to your rb2server.ini file:

[RegisterWith]

I don't seem to have an mplayer.ini file?

The mplayer.ini file will be found in the main Red Baron 3D folder. It can be edited in Notepad.

If it really is not there, you can create one with notepad. Just copy and paste:
