I'm playing the vanilla GOG version of RB1 with a Logitech Extreme 3d joystick. The manual says you can look around while inside the cockpit by pressing button #2 and moving the joystick up, down, left, or right. The view change only works when I look up and to the left. It doesn't work when I move the joystick any other direction.

Anybody have this problem?

I can look all directions with the mouse or keypad controls when I hold down button #2, it's just the joystick that doesn't work... I can play fine with the mouse, but I want to play it with a joystick. :)

Maybe you need to calibrate the joystick in-game for it to work correctly, if that isn't the case open redbarondosbox.conf or whatever GOG called it with notepad, search for the line timed= and edit it to false, save & exit.

But it's a lot easier to just use the Logitech software and bind the views to the hatswitch IMO.
