Hey there, I'm using a joypad to play RB3d, (using a PS3 controller) currently the fire button is the Triangle which is making it really difficult to shoot and fly at the same time because the throttle needs to be nursed with my right hand so I can't do both at the same time, its causing me to cramp up having to change from one button to another, so I was hoping that there's some way to remap this ingame rather than having to do it with my controller manager because the manager I'm using is a bit of a pain to get working with RB3d, the settings now work so I don't want to risk ruining how they work now, its just from a comfort perspective the present setup isn't ideal.

Thanks.

Unfortunately, the settings are hard coded for the game. Almost everyone I know has a programmable JS so they can set the buttons as they want.
Alright cool thanks for that. I'll probably try the hard way and program the buttons myself in the control manager I'm using.
I'm trying to use my sixaxis controller, just wondering what your controller manager is called. I can't seem find a way to change the controls.

My Joystick is a Logitech Extreme 3d Pro which came with it's own manager/button editor.

I have a Saitek Gamepad (6 axis) that I use for other games and it too came with it's own manager/button editor. While I could fly with a gamepad, it is just not intuitive for me.

I used my Gamepad for GTA:SA, but when I flew, in that game, had to go to my JS. otherwise only got off the ground enough to crash :)
