I have Marla in the context menu but she isn't available, so how can I change to Satchel or Richter.
The game told me but I was in the middle of being roasted by pirates so I didn't pay attention.

Nevermind, I found the solution, which is to fly the the station where they live.
Pretty cumbersome method if you ask me.
