After updating the game from 1.602 to 1.07 the game launcher won't start. The only way to start the game is via the executable in the installation folder. I tried starting the game through Galaxy too with the same result. Nothing happens. And i haven't set the SKIPLAUNCHER parameter. My OS is Windows 10 64bit Version 1511.

Anyone else having that problem
