Hello everyone,
We have some news regarding the release date of Realpolitiks II outside of Early Access on Steam. To cut the long story short, we are pushing it a little bit further - to the first half of April.
The ones who have joined our Discord channel, know that our developers regularly communicate with the players; new patches to Realpolitiks II are released steadily every few days, with a brief break in the midst of the Holiday period. Thanks to the continuous support of our community, we were able to pinpoint more and more rare bugs and issues we are confident we can fix, if given more time. Currently our main focus lies on optimizing the game as much as possible, fixing the bugs reported by the community and introducing some quality-of-life updates. We’ve also received tons of incredible feedback with some really great ideas and suggestions regarding various improvements that we would love to include in the final release. In conclusion - we simply want to make sure we’re releasing a truly polished game the strategy fans deserve. At the same time we’re trying not to feed into the crunch culture that plagues the gaming industry. That’s why it is unavoidable for us to push the release date of Realpolitiks II a bit into the future.
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our wonderful community. You guys are the best. Thank you for understanding and for your continuous support.
Cheers,
Realpolitiks II Development Team
