I came across Lotus Poison in this game. It's graphic is of a bag, not a bottle. It doesn't appear that I can apply this to my weapons. What other purpose does it serve? Alchemy? It's value in the shops is very high (50D) and I don't bother with Alchemy, so I'd rather sell it unless it has some other purpose that I may need it for later on.

I wonder if held in a player's hand if it could be thrown at an enemy?
