Good Summer, GOGers!

So I was just playing Blade of Destiny (loving it) and was in the middle of the Spider Cave between Ottarje and Skjal; I'd fallen down a hole, burned a mess of spider eggs, and was fighting my way back to the stairs I had discovered earlier when suddenly I encountered that ubiquitous screen of the one-eyed skull aside a melting candle (attached):

Storm has broken storm and lyre,
silence comes, the lamps expire...

At first I thought, "Whoa! I've stumbled on a new quest and/or addition to the quest arc I'm on!"

Then it told me to load the game.

I concluded later that my party had succumbed to suffication.

So! As to not be put-off by what I hope and believe will be a not uncommon event, I want to document every instance of non-combat related mass-murder party-execution I get my overly-cautious team into.

Therefore: feel free to add to this with anything you may recall - from any of the games. If the death happens to be through combat but ism worthy of remembrance, add that too!
