Just started playing the sequel and can't stand how slow the combat is. Has anyone else found that the speed of the game units is really slow compared to the first game? And is there any way to speed them up, apart from using the computer combat option?

I haven't installed the game yet, but, did you try increasing the dosbox cycles?

I am not sure, but have you checked the manual to see if there is any information there?
I just reinstalled the games and spent a few days making characters, so I am just starting out, but may go back and make another character or two first.
Hope you locate the answer.

I did, it was really as simple as going into the game options screen and changing the speed there. It just took me awhile to even realise there WAS an options screen.
