Do these versions have the same issues as the Realms of Arkania Trilogy release on DVD in Germany? which used dosbox too.
Are the CD versions used? is full CD music available in games?
Does the first game have the difficultly screen skipped, due to a CD crack used?
Are the games patched to the latest versions?
What issues did the DVD version have? As for your other questions. The music used is currently midi but the gog team said they are working on upgrading it to the cd music.
You can read that in this thread:

Not sure about the difficulty screen, I'm considering getting this from gog but haven't committed yet so hopefully someone else will beable to answer that for you. The last thing is that all GOG games are patched to the latest official version. I would assume this would be the case for this game as well.
There is a message over on RPGWatch Forums, that covers the issues in the DVD release.
Missing CD music, no difficult selection for the first game, and using older versions (unpatched), were the main issues.

Kirben: Are the games patched to the latest versions?

Were there any patches to speak of at all? Patches Scrolls only have two small fixes.

Launched GOG RoA1.
Version is 3.09 and Advanced difficulty (for those who do not know, the only difference it makes is manual level-ups for characters) is available.
So GOG rules as usual :).
