I just bought Rayman Forever and installed it on my Windows 7 64-bit laptop. During instalation however Avast detected that some files are infected by virus.

The files are:
CLIENT.EXE
MAPPER.EXE
RAYRUN.EXE
STARTUP.EXE

Avast marked them as Win32:CIH-G@dam named virus and moved them in the chest.
I was excepting that Avast will detect them as viruses and I know they may be false positives, but it still scares me that they really are infected. Please answer if they really are fake alerts, I really want to play Rayman Designer and make own maps. BTW sorry for language, I'm from Finland. :P

Edit: Nevermind the Rayman Designer it works fine. Those files maybe just belong to editor, but I don't need it yet. I design my own levels, when I'm sure that Avast just gave false alarm. Still I await answers.

They're false positives, check out this thread - more specifically look for posts #18 and #20

Ok thanks. I always knowed that Avast will trick me by putting false alarms of non-existed viruses of these files. I should just add RayKit folder as exception of Avast's search options. Hopefully this won't happen again. :)

You're welcome ;)

Setting the folder as an exclusion will keep your AV from bothering you with those files again, so that's a good idea.
What i did was just leave out the rayman editor file.
