I recently baught Rayman: Raving Rabbids on GOG when it was on sale so I could try the "Prototype Restortion" on the Rayman control panel since my (US version) DVD-ROM is not compatible with it, I uninstalled my old version, baught the GOG version, installed it and before I did anything else I wanted to play a little bit of it to make sure it worked and so far after God knows how many attempts, nothing happens. It boots for a split second and closes/crashes and I've tried everything;

Running it as Admin,
compatiblity mode (XP2, XP3, Vista and 7),
disabling fullscreen optimizations
clean boot,
uninstaling/reinstaling,
instaling on a different disc,
command lines,
disabling stuff,
uninstaling some windows updates,
running it in windowed mode,

It doesen't want to boot/work! So if anyone has any solution please reply, thanks. (Sorry for any bad grammar)

Specs:
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
AMD Radeon RX 580 8GB
AMD Ryzen 5 2600
16GB RAM

You have to use DSOAL or Creative ALchemy, set the resolution to 1024 x 768 and run it with dgVoodoo2. I would link my Steam guide here but I'm afraid some people here loathe even the mere mention of Steam.

Thanks for the late reply, also the problem was the "Rayman4.bf" file, the one that comes with the GOG version is either outdated or un-optimised. I copied the .bf file from my DVD Rom (pacifically the jewel case re-release with "Scholastic" header which is also DRM Free) and it worked on my Windows 10 machine. But thanks for the help.
