So I started Rayman Forever the other day and played it with M&K. After a few minutes I felt it was uncomfortable.

Because I don't want to play with the analog stick and dislike the 360 D-Pad I connected my DS3 controller with my PC.

But when I started Rayman Forever it wouldn't let me choose the D-Pad. It still uses the analog stick of the controller and I would prefer the D-Pad for platformers.

So, is there a way to use the D-Pad or do I have to get used to the analog sticks?

Try configuring the DS3 software without the analog sticks.

What drivers are you using for your DS3? That might play a part as well.
