I have been trying to run the game in full screen and I have changed the resolution to appropriate settings for my monitor. The thing is I have had this happen with a game before when it would run in a resolution not supported by my monitor, but in this case I changed it through the configuration file. I have also tried compatibility modes and running as an administrator, but that hasn't helped.

Is there some configuration option I am completely missing or something?
I forgot to add, I have Windows 7.
