Hey I downloaded Rayman 3 and got Better Rayman 3 but it still won't launch. I read somewhere that you edit ubi.ini but I can't seem to find it. Any solutions?

Thx

Hello !
You need to open the game from the game's file. It happened the same to me.
You right click on "Launch rayman 3" and execut as admin. Then you set the language and the graphics.
I hope I helped you and hope you understand my english !
Enjoy !

It didnt work when I ran it as administrator
It needs DirectPlay active in windows 10 to run the game.

Go to Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> Turn Windows features on or off -> select the DirectPlay check box -> restart pc

This worked for me! But I actually just ran "Rayman3.exe" directly as admin, rather than the "Launch Rayman 3 - Hoodlum Havoc" shortcut in that folder. Even better, after playing a bit and then quitting out of the game, I then just tried launching Rayman 3 from GOG and now that worked!
Just want to share with anyone playing this masterpiece in 2024.
I had the issue that the game didn't start at all. No error. No window opening. Nothing.
If that is your case: Install the game on an HDD.
It just can't handle an NVMe SSD. Don't know if SATA SSD causes that problem too.

You're welcome

That is extremely silly, why the heck wouldn't it work on an nvme SSD???
Has anyone figured it out? running as admin didn't work
