Gameboyeight: I'm in the same situation, I don't have a ubi.ini file. What did you do to figure it out?
Launch this thing and change some settings. http://pcgamingwiki.com/images/0/05/Rayman_3_External_Video.png

Mine worked when the TnL=1 and TriLinear=1 lines became TnL=0 and TriLinear=0 in the ubi.ini file AND when I changed the compatibility mode. Right click on game shortcut -> Properties -> Compatibility -> Tick "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" -> Choose Windows XP (service pack 2).
Hope this helps

I think that something is changed because i don't have this problem now... (i don't now if is caused by latest windows 10 builds updates or latest ndivia drivers)
for now i have tnl=1 into ubi.ini and a stable frame rate (i'm using capped 30 fps)

jrclimer: So Intel has removed the "Vertex Processing Mode" from it's options. Is there a workaround for this?
wobbles7699: In fact, there is a workaround. I'm on Vista, so I didnt have to change any processing things. What I did was I followed this post: Triple-P94: "In explorer, go to (C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Windows\Ubisoft\ubi.ini) and change TnL=1 to TnL=0.
