i cant play my game with xbox one controller. it only uses x and a rest doesnt work, and i cant change the input

So Rayman 3 came out in 2003. The 360 came out in 2005.

This means that XBOX controller isn't supported. Xinput simply did not exist yet.

Are you sure you can't finagle buttons though some settings or configuration file?

Otherwise, you'll be having to look for another controller.
