I can´t seem to launch Rayman 2. Every time i launch it just show me a black screen for a few
seconds and then it closes. The most common error version that I get is that a certain
"graphics.dll" is missing.

I use an Computer with a 64-bit windows, and i have several different versions of Rayman 2.
Let me first admit that I have only bought one version, and old 2001 disk version.
This disk version worked on a computer that i had maybe... 8 years ago? The rest
of the versions that I have tried (including an GOG-version) are pirated, I can admit that.

The reason for this is that I don’t want to pay for something that doesn´t work. As soon as I
find a version that works, I will pay for that version, but not until then.
Now i do wonder, is it worth to buy the gog version? Have the gog version been updated, because
i might have an older gog version than the one that is there now.

I can also say that I have tried many different configurations. I have tried administrator mode,
i have tried different resolutions, I have tried restarting the computer several times, I have
tried launching the game without any antivirus, I have tried every compatibility mode that is available
and i have tried many different combinations of all these solutions that i have found on different forums
(including this one).

The only thing I so far haven’t tried is Windows XP-mode. something that some people claims to
make Rayman 2 launch.

So, do you think that a payed gog version will work better than the pirated version i
have at the moment?
