Hi guys, I've been trying to solve this issue for so long now, and i really could use some help.

I just can't get Rayman 2 to work on my PC, like, at all.

Specs:

Intel i5 3.2 GHZ Processor
NVIDIA GTX 770 GPU
8 GB RAM
Windows 8.1 OS

I tried to run as admin, restart, downloading old drivers, downloading June 2010 DirectX, nothing seems to work, the game just keeps on crashing when trying to load the first level (after the first slide), it's just fraustraiting.

*It worked just fine when i had Windows 7 on the same PC*

Can any of you guys please help?

I keep hearing about this recently, but never before a few months ago. I would assume because of this that either a recent driver update (unlikely if you tested older drivers) or a Windows update causes this issue. As I do not encounter this myself, I can not attempt to find a proper fix. However, you could try pausing the game before the slide, typing "gothere" on the keyboard, then using the up and down arrow keys so the text "The Fairy Glade" appears towards the top of the screen and pressing enter. This should skip the first (tutorial) level.
