Come 1 and all and check out what Rayman 2 for the PC is like in 1920x1080 with 32xS AA and 16x anistropic with ambient occlusion...

Nice, although you claim there's ambient occlusion while there isn't. :)
I recently bought it as well. I still have the original disc but it won't run on my 64-bit Windows 7 because of 16-bit spread all over the application.
I'm glad I found GOG.com to help me out. :)
On a side-note, the soundtrack they supply with the game here isn't an official soundtrack. They got a few ripped tracks of other websites afaik.
One of my favourite sites for Rayman music is RayTunes. :D
Well if you feel that you dont see ambient occlusion...that is your opinion...but I can tell you right now im looking at my Nvidia Inspector for the game and it is forced to High Quality...

Next those wondering how I got it run in such a good resolution so easily...I jest selected it in the main menu...and it stuck...
Nice, but I prefer to game in the original aspect ratio without stretching.

I'm sure you are just confused about that mate. I'm willing to bet that you mean Anisotropic Filtering and not Ambient Occlusion. If you still mean SSAO (Screen Space Ambient Occlusion) then you clearly have no clue what that means as its pretty obvious that your video shows 0 SSAO.
