It's for Rayman forever, I can't find the option to change the language, anybody knows what needs to be done ?

Unfortunately, the version of Rayman Forever that GOG.com provides is (as far as I know), the single-language US version, which only provides the game in English. Other versions of the game provide multiple languages, but do not work on Windows systems above 98 without a patch.
