I know this has been asked before, but I´m trying to get around this message to no avail. I´ve been able to install everything except Rayman Designer by unchecking that part of the package, but you know, I want that too :)

I´m running Windows 7 64bits. The error is:

An error occurred while trying to rename a file in the destination directory:
C:\Program Files\GOG.com\Rayman Forever\RayKit\OSD\STARTUP.EXE

MoveFile failed; code 2.
The system cannot find the file specified.

I´ve tried running the exe as admin, installing in C:, D:, Program Files, a custom directory, putting the exe in nearly every folder I´ve thought, trying to install Rayman Designer only, running with XP compatibility, Win 98 compatibility... But it always shows exactly the same error.

Any ideas to install it?

Ok, after many more tries doing many things, I´ve got it.

I had Norton Antivirus with my PC from default, and although it was disabled (passed the trial time) it was still blocking this setup. How annoying, an antivirus that doesn´t work and it´s blocking a setup...

So for anyone having trouble, keep in mind even disabled antivirus can block the install... With no advice.
Yeah, the AV blocking tthe files was the only thing i could think of when i read your post, but you mentionded you didn't had an AV installed, so...

Things is, when the trial periods expire some AV's will stop working all togheter and others just stop updating but will go on working with the virus db they already have. I'm not sure how Norton works this days though, so i can't say for sure if that's what happened.

Had the same problem (also on W7 x64), after disabling Avast the game installed without errors.
