I'm running the game in winxp so can someone please give me a miniguide on how to make the game look and run better. At the moment it's really blocky and for some reason the game speed is really high. There are some options in Graphic mode setup but i just can't seem to get it right. I was very excited seeing this on sale as I haven't played it since playsation but the game just doesn't seem right with the default settings.

if you have messed with the graphics details then you have very likely accidentically set "Frequency" (A) to max which will cause the game speed to be really high.

The Differential Scrolling setting (B) was also off by default when I installed Rayman Forever so I recommend to turn that on. But other than that, the default graphics settings are as max as it can get.

For the blockyness I think changing the scaler from normal2x to something else will help. Here is a comparison of normal2x, hq2x and hq3x - my own personal preference vary a bit between normal2x and hq2x.This picture shows the setting you need to change to do this.

thanks for the detailed reply. The speed is normal now and the game looks ok except i have these annoying trails on the screen in places where there is motion; some kind of lines of stuff that used to be there.
