What is the Correct Order to play Rance Games (in order for the story to make sense)??
I know some of the games are re-releases of older games.

Start with Rance 01 + 02, and then what or should you play:

Sengoku Rance
Rance VI + 5D
Rance Quest Magnum

(it is also rather annoying that there isnt a bundle available with all 4 of these games for some kind of savings)

Kichikuou is a non-canon end of the story.

Sengoku Rance and Quest are so contained that they can be played without any previous knowledge of the series

5D and VI were intended as a new starting point so these are fine to play without previous games. 1 and 2 mostly introduce characters and setting but 3 is where the main overaching plot really starts. 4 is a freeware game so there'll probably never be an official english release but there's nothing wrong with using the fan translations, although the current patch uses outdated translations for the terminology. Kichikuou is also a pretty influential and just damn good game so it's worth playing at some point.
