My old copy has an APPCRASH after the opening movie clips. I've already tried compatibility mode, admin priveledges, and the Rogue Spear Vista Fix to no avail.

All games on GOG are made to work in windows xp and Vista and windows 7 support is being worked on. That said if its a problem with your computer and the game rather then the OS and the game you can get gog support when you buy it here. It should hopefully just work though as soon as you installed it with whatever compatibility work gog did in the first place.
